Terms of Sale and Delivery

The information given and the recommendations made herein are based on our experience and are believed to be accurate. No guarantee as to, or responsibility for, their accuracy can be given or accepted and no statement herein is to be treated as a representation or warranty. In every case we urge and recommend that purchasers before using any product make their own tests to determine, to their own satisfaction, its suitability for their particular purposes under their own operating conditions. Such an evaluation should take account of the ageing of the bond and should be repeated if materials are changed in any way or bought from a difference source. No agent or representative of ours has any authority to vary, omit or otherwise alter these terms.

Delivery

of the goods ex works. Over a total bill of Fr. 300.- (yoghurt aromas / bulk goods from Fr. 400.- and cleaning products from Fr. 1500.-) are delivered free house excepted articles with special prices, resale prices and for deliveries outside of Switzerland.

Break or damages

of goods upon receipt have to be declared immediately to the transport institution. Damages which are not declared in a convenient time, will be to the responsibility and liability of the buyer.

Returns of goods

have to take place within 10 days upon receipt. Later returns are only accepted if we are contacted before. Special made/constructed articles can not be returned.

Payment

shall be net cash within 30 days in the absence of any written agreement to the contrary. Where payment is effected after the due date, an interest will be charged. Winkler AG reserve the proprietary right of the goods till payment has been effected. New clients and abroad against agreement.

We keep us the right to change and modify the goods and prices.
